Intense Plantar fasciitis Link (colloquially known as Policeman’s Heel) has reduced my rambles to gentle trots around largely flat localities. I've taken out a second mortgage to buy a pair of customised arch supports but, somewhat predictably, they have made matters worse. So a somewhat tame perambulation of Itchenor was all I could manage on this mild April morning.
