Muddy Wealdway and Greensand Way

Both the Wealdway and Greensand Way follow this track, the Wealdway on its route from Gravesend to Eastbourne and the Greensand Way from Haslemere to the edge of Romney Marsh. For just over a mile at West Peckham they follow the same route. This is the view from Matthews Lane on a thoroughly wet and miserable day. The state of the path tells its own story.
