Flush bracket and cut mark on the Market House
Flush bracket and cut mark on the Market House
This flush bracket is on the north west corner of the old Market House in the Market Place. Now the building is the Tourist Information Centre. Close examination of the photo shows that the flush bracket has been placed directly on top of the earlier 1GL cut mark and bolt that dates to around 1850.
