Tiny shelter at Ffairfach railway station
Tiny shelter at Ffairfach railway station
The shelter on the single-platform station on the Heart of Wales line is small but well-maintained. It is probably rarely full with passengers sheltering from inclement weather. An average of only 50 people use this station each week, or about 7 per day.
There is only one platform on the station. A helpful notice on the shelter points towards the camera showing the direction of trains for stations to Shrewsbury, and away from the camera for stations to Swansea.
