St Andrew's church, Sandford
A well known visitor to the church was the Rev. Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (Lewis Caroll) who preached here on several occasions. He was caught in a heavy shower of rain here in, which is said to have inspired the 'pool of tears' episode in Alice in Wonderland.
