Tidy, characteristic brick office block of the 1950s or perhaps early 1960s.
At the time it was occupied by Northrop Grumman, an American company specialising in "global security". An expression that nowadays in particular seems to come with sinister overtones. As a boy gripped by a craze for Airfix models I'm sure I put together a Grumman aircraft or two.
