Under the overall roof at Stoke station
On a sunny day, the overall roof over the through platforms at Stoke on Trent station is shown to advantage. It appears to have been cleaned recently, and it casting superb shadows on the platform and on the ballast between the tracks. Some of the main building is even visible through it, above the Manchester to Bristol train.
