SH1628 : Detail of a wall at Carreg
near to Capel Carmel, Gwynedd, Great Britain

Detail of a wall at Carreg
Beautiful colours of a finely constructed farm wall. The wall and farm can be seen at SH1628 : Barns at Carreg, a farm.
I am told by various Geographers, to whom thanks are due, that the local area contains Breccia, a sedimentary rock, of which the coloured triangular rock may be an example; Siltstone or limestone (the white one at bottom right is possibly this type); the greyish boulders and the red fragments are probably metamorphic rock, and the buff coloured one may be granitic.
Thanks to the imaginative person who made the wall.
