The beautiful Usk valley at Ashford, viewed from the layby on the A40 near Tal-y-bryn. Towering above is the 551m high Tor y Foel. As well as the River Usk, the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal passes through this valley following a contour on the far hillside.
