SP0786 : Typhoo Basin

near to Birmingham, Great Britain

Typhoo Basin
Typhoo Basin
This dead end basin on the Digbeth Branch Canal served the factory at the end, previously owned by Typhoo Tea. Photo taken from the canal bridge on Fazeley Street.

There were plans to develop the site, sympathetic to its listed status, but like many such projects, it appears to have stalled. LinkExternal link
