Flood bank at Iremonger Pond
No visible work for the NET tram line has been done here yet. The line is due to enter the frame of this shot from the left as it does a 90 degree turn to meet the former route of the Great Central Railway the line of which is now indicated by the trees and shrubs which cover its embankment and can bee seen in the distance.
The tracks will run at ground level along the line of the flood back which will be relocated slightly closer to the pond.
