This is going to be one of the larger blocks comprising the Bermondsey Spa development.
Bermondsey Spa

A major housing development in the area between the London-Greenwich Railway line and Jamaica Road, in the early years of the 21st century.

The development was a partnership between Southwark Council and the Hyde Group. It includes over 2,000 apartments, with more than 40% affordable housing; two health centres; open spaces; council offices; shops and offices.

The development takes its name from pleasure gardens opened c.1765 around a spring (believed to have curative properties). The terraced housing that later occupied most of the site was cleared by the 1950s.
