The trig point (200m) lies between two of the three Iron Age hillforts on Dod Law. Wooler Golf Course is beyond the fence and there is a warning notice on the gate. The view is west over the Millfield Plain to the village of Millfield. Flodden Hill is the prominent wooded summit on the extreme right NT9135
