The A31(T) dual carriageway bisects the New Forest as it snakes along between Picket Post and Cadnam. There are several large lay-bys along the heathland route, large enough for several lorries to park in at any one time. This sign gives advanced warning of the next layby, which is just beyond Upper Lazy Bushes.
