Games Hope Burn
Games Hope Burn
The sheepfold and corrugated iron shed by the Games Hope Burn was viewed from Great Hill. Gameshope Loch in the background is considered to be the highest sheet of water in the Southern Uplands at around 565m above sea level. Loch Burn runs from the east side of the loch to join the Games Hope Burn behind the red shed. It is becoming quite difficult to find a hill walk in the Southern Uplands without seeing wind turbines on the horizon.
