Tolgus Tin - processing machinery

This is an overview of part of this former tin streaming works that recovered tin ore from low grade sources. There are shaking tables either side of the central aisle. In the left background is a dipper wheel, which is slightly blurred as it was rotating. In the centre background is a rotating table round frame. Separation of the tin ore (black tin) depended on the density gradient between dense tin and lighter waste materials.
