taken 6 years ago, near to Lundin Links, Fife, Great Britain

Basalt on the beach
Basalt on the beach
There are almost three kilometres of sandy beach between Leven and Lundin Links, unbroken sand apart from small patches of gravel and sea shells. But, on the outskirts of Lundin Links, there is a large collection of sea-rounded basalt boulders scattered around the sands.
