Winch Hill Farm. Farm buildings shown are to the east of the main farm building. Main farm building is derelict, dangerous and should not be entered! Main farm build has been gutted by fire. The roof is missing exposing structure to the elements. This has lead to major decay as the building is wood framed. The entire first floor has collapsed as has the majority of the ground floor. The basement is now exposed as are the very rotten wooden floor joists. The walls are in an advanced state of decay also. much of the supporting structure has collapsed.
