High opening in Dinas Silica Mine
High opening in Dinas Silica Mine
This opening is at the west end of the rock through which the silica mine tramway tunnel runs. However since it is just below the top where the aerial ropeway ran it seems too high to be the west end of the tunnel. Just inside the entrance a branch seems to descend through a hole in the tunnel floor.
