St David's House, Llanfaes, Brecon

Viewed from Bailihelig Road. St David's House is part of Christ College, Brecon, separated from the main college buildings. It is one of the three senior boys' boarding houses, accommodating about 60 boys aged from 13 to 18.
It was built in the second half of the nineteenth century as a workhouse. After the Second World War, it was converted into an old people's home. The college bought the property in 1991.
