Path rising to summit of Muncaster Fell
Muncaster Fell is a log, low ridge of open country lying between the rivers Mite and Esk. There's a public footpath along the ridge but the route seen here appears not to follow it precisely. In late June, bracken dominates the ground cover vegetation.
