Against the background of the River Severn close to flooding at Forthampton, a competitor in the annual Ledbury end-of-year cross-country race leaps one of the remaining jumps on the tiring three-mile course. Nearly 50 horses braved the weather and the muddy ground to compete on the last day of 2006.
