An Anglican church with a prominent spire. It was originally built in 1843, and largely rebuilt, after a fire, c.1858 to the designs of G E Street. It is grade 2* listed (list entry number 1385599).

The parish also includes the church of St Saviour TQ3275 : St Saviour's Church, Ruskin Park, Herne Hill.
