NS3880 : Inside the Argyll Car Factory

taken 12 years ago, near to Alexandria, West Dunbartonshire, Scotland

Inside the Argyll Car Factory
Inside the Argyll Car Factory
Sumptuous details inside the now defunct car factory. It is now a really poor outlet centre but the main entrance area and staircase have fortunately been left intact! The balustrade, stairs and columns are made from imported Italian marble and the entrance is said to be a copy of the Paris Opera House. No expense was spared.
