Seen at the junction of Crabtree Lane and Waterheath Road.

This was once a level crossing cottage on the Beccles to Yarmouth section of the East Suffolk line, which closed in 1959.

The cottage has been extended since the closure of the line which would have run just to the west Crabtree Lane.
