The Velodrome is not and never was to be located at Clays Lane, TQ3885 : Clays Lane Community- earmarked for demolition.

The picture is not of a courtyard but a car park, TQ3885 : A residential court, Clays Lane Community, Feb 2007.

These travellers were moved to a small park at Major Road, not to Hackney Marshes. That was a different group. The move involved the demolition of a park and a community centre, including a nursery school, TQ3885 : Travellers caravans, Clays Lane
