The parlour at Wheelbirks Farm
The parlour at Wheelbirks Farm
An excellent example of agricultural diversification. Starting with a Jersey dairy herd, the farm is now better known as a manufacturer of ice-cream; the parlour is a cafe and shop where ice cream and other items are on sale, and is a popular destination for visitors.
