Nora is on permanent display outside the museum. She was named after the daughter of the Blaenavon Company works manager, Robert Kennard. An 0-4-0 saddle tank locomotive, Nora was built in 1919 by Andrew Barclay. She worked for many years here at Big Pit, when the colliery was still in production.
