near to Cionn Caslach and Gortnasate, Donegal, Ireland

View of the couthern tip of Cruit Island
This is from the mainland, looking across to Cruit island which is linked by a bridge. At low tide you can walk across the sand, although it is hard to tell from the map if there is still a channel left at low tide.
All of the sand in the foreground, as well as the rocks across the channel lie within the square. The picture was taken from the road which lies just on the edge of the square.
