Stockpiled roadstone near Drum Bridge
Stockpiled roadstone near Drum Bridge
Southeast of the Drum Bridge (or Drumbridges) interchange of the A38 and the A382 is a redundant length of the old road between Coldeast, Heathfield and Chudleigh Knighton. Various grades and shades of roadstone are stockpiled here, presumably by Devon County Council. Access is from the nameless road to Coldeast. That's ice in the foreground.
