Lochan na h-Earba (upper)
Lochan na h-Earba (upper)
The upper of the two lochs that run parallel to Loch Laggan. Almost unseen by the outside world, they have recently featured in the television series "Monarch of the Glen". This has recently stopped production thus closing a gold mine for the folk of Laggan.

The loch is dammed by a small weir and is overflowing after heavy rain, marshland upstream of the bridge is covered in water.
