Former Water Tank on White Way

When photographed in 2008 this structure still had a large steel water tank sitting on top of it which has since been removed. It still has some liquid storage facilities as there are pipes leading from the upper level down to the tank which is contained in the black garage like structure immediately in front of the tower.
