The rubbish runs of the eastern pit of Caermeinciau Quarry
These rubbish runs are viewed from the lowest tier of the Bryn-y-groes waste tips. Caermeinciau, some times called Cae'r-banciau, quarry was an unmechanised quarry linked to the Ffridd Incline only by a cart track. It never employed more than a score of workers at any time, and was one of the earliest quarries to close.
