Looking across Galway Bay to the northeast edge of Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare
The rather straggly village of Ballyvaughan faces the southern shore of Galway Bay, although on some maps this bit is marked Ballyvaughan Bay. Across the bay is the northeastern fringe of the village, or maybe the distant cottages are in Loughrask, which is marked on some maps. This being Ireland, probably only the locals would know! Whatever it's called, this is a beautiful spot.
