Devonport Dockyard - portable boiler
Preserved in the part of the Dockyard that accommodates the base's museum is this large portable boiler that would have been used to providesteam to ships when their own boilers were out of commission. There is a cabin over the firing position and a duplex steam feed pump mounted on the side.
