Geograph - photograph every grid square

Port side marker, Ramsgate Harbour

Taken from a fishing boat as we returned to Ramsgate. I photographed this marker a couple of years ago from the opposite side of the harbour mouth which is in the next square to the north see TR3863 : Portside marker, Western Ferry Terminal. I was determined that this time I would photograph it from within the square to claim a very rare "first geograph" in England.
For those of you not involved with the Geograph Project, it is the aim of the project to photograph every gridsquare of the British Isles. Although many unphotographed squares remain in Eire, and a substantial number in Scotland; by now (2012) England and Wales have been almost completely covered, with at least one representative shot. The project began in March 2005 and within two years most of England (as distinct from the rest of the British Isles) had been snapped, so now, seven years on, finding an unbagged square such as this is quite a rarity !
