Blackpool's iconic landmark viewed from Central Pier. which was opened in 1894.

A Grade 1 listed building, Blackpool Tower is almost 520 feet (158m) in height. Although inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Blackpool’s tower differs in that it is not free-standing. Its base is hidden by the building which houses Blackpool Tower Circus.
