Winterfield Foreshore
Winterfield Foreshore
The red cliffs end abruptly just east of Winterfield and the rocky shore to the west is made up of sedimentary rocks of the Inverclyde Group. Beyond it is Belhaven Bay, and in the distance is the conical North Berwick Law, one of many volcanic plugs around the Firth of Forth.
