Single cylinder engine built by Vernon & Guest of Soho Iron Works, Birmingham. The date of building of this engine is unknown, but it was bought from scrap during the First World War and used in a sawmill in Boxmoor, Hertfordshire, for many years. The diameter of the flywheel is 12 ft and it weighs nearly 6 tons.
