65, Millgate
65, Millgate
The plaque on the gable proclaims this to have been the first Methodist chapel in Newark, built in 1776. It may well have been superseded by the second chapel on Guildhall Street LinkExternal link but has clearly been in residential use for a long time. Not listed.
