Pedimented main block with a cupola ("for a flood-warning bell"), either late C18th or early C19th, and, to the right, a mid/late-C19th pump house with an impressive tapering chimney. All this was Donisthorpe & Co.'s textile mill. Grade II listed.
The buildings await a new use, and judging from this photo SK5704 : Grand Union Canal, Leicester, they have been since at least 2007.
