1 to 9 Mill Gate

A group of small houses at the top of Millgate. The furthest, with the rendered first floor, is early 18th century and is timber framed, although this is not visible on the exterior. The nearer set is a mixture of late 18th and early 19th century work. clearly the original interior layout has been much changed to provide more spacious accommodation. Listed Grade II.
