Designed by Will Alsop, Chips (LinkExternal link )is promoted by developers Urban Splash as “one of the area's most significant buildings”. The ground floor is commercial space, whilst the floors above contain 142 residential apartments. The building is surrounded by canals on three sides and canals are highlighted by the names emblazoned on the side.
