Exchanging Time for Eternity, Ledbury church, taken 5 years ago
One of many fascinating tombstones in the floor of the church of St Michael's and All Angels.
Commissioned, in the mid 18th century, by the "Soap Boiler and Tallow Chandler of this Town" and his wife in memory of their infant son, Corbin, "Aged 1 Year 4 Months & 14 Days".
A decade later another son, Joseph, "Aged 3 Years & 9 Months" was added.
Their father Francis Wykes survived a further 30 years.
