The drum house can be seen top left. The rubbish runs in the background are those of the Cook&Ddol Quarries and their private up-haulage incline from the pit tunnel can be seen next to the wall which was built to stop dumped material from falling on to the incline. On this side of Ffridd Incline is a pit with a causeway across it. The tip in the foreground belongs to one of the Ffridd Glyn pits.
