The Doctor's Bath
The Doctor's Bath
The story goes that this deep, tide-filled bath was carved out of the sandstone in the early 19th century by Dr McCready, who lived nearby and believed strongly in personal hygiene, bracing walks and cold baths. A changing hut stood nearby, where the two gentlemen are standing.
