Beachcombing at Loch Ranza
The north-east shore of Loch Ranza is lined with houses and cottages, which have the advantage of a south-westerly aspect. The beach at the head of the loch is stony, but there's always the chance of finding something driven into the loch on a north-westerly gale, there being no shelter in that direction.
