St Paul, St Paul's Square, Birmingham
St Paul, St Paul's Square, Birmingham
Of two builds. The body of the church was the work of a local man, Roger Eykyns, 1777-79, although it was altered after criticism by the eminent Samuel Wyatt and the unknown James Gibson. The money ran out so that the elaborate three-stage spire was not added until 1823, by Francis Goodwin. Grade I listed.
