TF0253 : Three three wheeled Fordson tractors

taken 11 years ago, 3 km from Ashby de la Launde, Lincolnshire, England

Three three wheeled Fordson tractors
Three three wheeled Fordson tractors
Three wheeled tractors were used mainly for row crop work. This is a modification kit to the standard axle tractor made by Bettinson of Spalding.
A ploughing event under the banner of Ford & Ford Conversions took place on 500 acres of farmland in Lincolnshire. All the tractors taking part were Ford engined and represented all the marques that used the engine skid units. Tractors by Roadless, County, Doe, Northrop, Matbro, Jewell, and JJ Thomas were all to be viewed.
