SU6147 : The shoulder of Farleigh Hill
taken 12 years ago, near to Broadmere, Hampshire, England
The shoulder of Farleigh Hill
The sloping arable field has undersown rye grass growing through cereal stubble but beyond our square; on the horizon is Basingstoke, in all its glory, and visible through the paparazzi lens (dead centre of the shot) the wind turbine at junction 11 of the M4 south of Reading. Relax! Everyone has their clothes on in Reading.
